Borel & Barbey, together with De Pardieu Brocas Maffei in France, has advised Tikehau Capital in its financing of the Conforama Group, namely its Swiss subsidiary Conforama Suisse Ltd, one of the major actor in the sale of furniture in Europe through a EUR 115 million facility.
