Barbara Pochinu Carta advises and represents private and commercial clients in the area of construction law and land-use planning (including zoning, building permits, construction contracts, architect contracts, property rights, condominium ownership, and leases).
Barbara also specialises in drafting and reviewing a variety of contracts (such as construction contracts, architect agreements, residential and commercial leases, property purchase and sale contracts, and brokerage agreements).
She also deals with issues relating to co-ownership, property mortgages, neighbour disputes, as well as aspects of the LDTR (Law on the demolition, conversion and renovation of dwellings) and the LFAIE (Law on the acquisition of real estate by persons abroad).
