ACTIVITIES
Marine Geisler advises and represents individuals and corporations clients on all employment and social security law matters. She regularly assists her clients in drafting contractual documents (employment contracts, company regulations, etc.), structuring remuneration schemes (bonuses, participation plans), preparing individual and collective dismissals and negotiating the termination of employment relationships. She also represents her clients before the labour courts and administrative tribunals.
