ACTIVITIES

Vincent Guignet advises individuals and corporate entities in national and international litigation and arbitration. He has developed a solid experience in the management and conduct of complex multi-jurisdictional disputes, mainly in commercial matters.

His practice focuses on contracts as well as enforcement, asset recovery, insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings. He also frequently acts as counsel representing parties in commercial arbitration related to various industries (international sale, distribution, agency and commodity trading). He is also active in employment law disputes and regularly represents clients before the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
