ARTMYN SA (www.artmyn.com)  issued convertible loans for an amount of approximately CHF 4’000’000.- to which strategic international investors have subscribed. The funds will be used to accelerate the implementation of its scanners in different continents. Borel & Barbey advised ARTMYN for this financing. ARTMYN is a spin-off from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL). The company provides a disruptive solution for highly accurate digitisation of visual artworks, with interactive rendering on mobile devices and accessible via a simple web browser.
