The purpose of this memorandum (only in French) is to summarize the latest developments in banking and financial law, in particular regarding federal legislation, regulation of the Swiss financial market supervisory authority (FINMA), regulation enacted by the Swiss Bankers Association and the Swiss Fund & Asset Managers Association. This memorandum also gives an overview of the latest case law in banking and financial law.
