Civil procedure workshops

As part of the workshops on the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC) organized by the committee of the Young Bar of Geneva, Me Paul Hanna co-animated with Me Aude Longet-Cornuz, on November 4, 2021 a workshop presenting practical advice concerning the participation of third parties in the procedure, for the attention of lawyers and trainee lawyers.

Alexandre Gallopin has been appointed member of the executive committee of Young SECA Romandie, a chapter of the Swiss Private Equity & Corporate Finance Association (SECA). SECA is the representative body for Switzerland’s private equity, venture capital and corporate finance industries.
