Civil procedure workshops

As part of the workshops on the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC) organized by the committee of the Young Bar of Geneva, Me Paul Hanna co-animated with Me Aude Longet-Cornuz, on November 4, 2021 a workshop presenting practical advice concerning the participation of third parties in the procedure, for the attention of lawyers and trainee lawyers.

Fighting against the abusive use of bankruptcy

On 26 June 2019, the Federal Council adopted its Message on the draft of an amendment to the Federal Act on Combating Bankruptcy Abuse. This amendment aims to prevent debtors from abusing the bankruptcy proceedings in order to evade their obligations to their creditors and to compete unfairly with other companies.
