Civil procedure workshops
As part of the workshops on the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC) organized by the committee of the Young Bar of Geneva, Me Paul Hanna co-animated with Me Aude Longet-Cornuz, on November 4, 2021 a workshop presenting practical advice concerning the participation of third parties in the procedure, for the attention of lawyers and trainee lawyers.
