Italian bank Fideuram Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking and global investment management company Man Group have entered into an agreement for the acquisition by Man Group of a majority stake in Asteria Investment Managers, a Swiss-based impact investment management company. Fideuram will retain a significant minority stake.

The deal is subject to certain conditions precedent and is expected to close by the end of 2023.
