Vincent Berger is a Swiss qualified lawyer and a Certified Swiss Tax Expert who advises individuals and companies in the field of Swiss and international taxation.
With over ten years of professional experience (acquired mostly in the corporate tax department of a “Big Four”), he focuses his tax practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, financing, tax litigation and high net worth individuals.
Vincent Berger is also taking part in the Certified Swiss Tax Expert training as an examinator.
