We are pleased to share that Marine Geisler and Julia Henninger will be speaking at the AIJA Lifecycle of an Entrepreneur – from personal to personnel // IPCFL Seminar // Annual Labour Law Conference, taking place 26-28 June 2025 in Cambridge.
Marine Geisler will speak on the panel “Post-Exit Blues? – Managing a Workforce Post-Exit”, sharing insights on how companies can navigate transitions – including cultural shifts and talent retention – in the aftermath of ownership changes.
Julia Henninger and fellow speakers will address topic “Only two things are certain in life: death and taxes – how to avoid both / or: Steward-ownership for the common good”. This panel will explore the vehicles available in different jurisdictions – such as corporate structures, foundations, and trusts – that allow the founder to create a lasting legacy by dedicating the proceeds of a company to charitable purposes.
