Civil procedure workshops
As part of the workshops on the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC) organized by the committee of the Young Bar of Geneva, Me Paul Hanna co-animated with Me Aude Longet-Cornuz, on November 4, 2021 a workshop presenting practical advice concerning the participation of third parties in the procedure, for the attention of lawyers and trainee lawyers.

BPM Group is expanding into the Swiss market
The French automobile group BPM Group is expanding its activity into the Swiss market and acquires four dealerships in the cantons of Vaud and Valais. Borel & Barbey advised BPM Group on the implementation of the group in Switzerland and as buy-side counsel of these four acquisitions.
