On Wednesday, 3 September, Anne Laure Bandle will speak at the FER Genève during the conference “20 Years of the Cultural Property Transfer Act (LTBC): Review, Perspectives and Challenges”.
Jointly organised by the Federal Office of Culture and the Art Law Foundation, this event will bring together specialists in art law, art history, the art market, museology and public authorities to discuss the various aspects and applications of the LTBC since it came into force.
