Julia Henninger, together with Marco Frigg of weber schaub & partner, had the honour of speaking last Wednesday at the EIZ Private Clients Forum in Zurich, organised by the Europa Institut at the University of Zurich.
Using practical examples, they discussed how inheritance authorities handle the issuance of inheritance certificates and proposed ways to further clarify and refine both their scope of review and the procedure involved.
