New Partner and New Senior Associates

BOREL & BARBEY strengthens its litigation department by appointing Vincent Guignet, LL.M., as a new partner of the firm since 1 January 2021. Vincent Guignet advises private and institutional clients before State and arbitration courts. He has developed a solid experience in the management and conduct of complex litigation proceedings, mainly in business law as well as in enforcement, asset tracing and bankruptcy proceedings.
 
In this context, we are pleased to announce the arrival of Josef Alkatout, PhD, LL.M., head of the firm’s family law department, as well as Céline Gautier and Jean-René Oettli, LL.M., both having a broad practice in criminal and civil litigation, mainly in business law and white collar crime.
