Borel & Barbey is pleased to announce the appointment of Marine Geisler as Partner, effective 1 January 2027.
Having started her career at Borel & Barbey, she has made a significant contribution to the Firm’s development through her expertise, rigour and commitment to our clients.
Head of our Employment Law Department and Certified Specialist SBA Labour Law, Marine Geisler advises companies and private clients on all aspects of employment and social security law.
Her practice includes drafting contractual documents, structuring complex remuneration schemes, conducting internal investigations, handling corporate restructurings and business transfers, as well as individual and collective dismissals.
She also regularly represents clients before authorities and courts.
