As part of the workshops on the Civil Procedure Code (CPC) organised by the committee of the Geneva Young Bar, Me Paul Hanna, together with Me Aude Longet-Cornuz, co-hosted a workshop on 3 February 2022, presenting practical advice about the hearing of witnesses, for lawyers and trainee lawyers.
