Alpian SA (www.alpian.com) successfully closed a Series B financing round raising approximately CHF 17 million. Alpian SA is a company incubated by the REYL Group. The company aims at developing a fully digital platform through which to serve the mass affluent client segment, typically comprising individuals with investable assets ranging from CHF 100,000 to CHF 1 million. Borel & Barbey advised Alpian SA in the context of the structuring and execution of this Series B financing.
