Heidi Pay AG closed a new financing round alongside the launch of its Buy Now Pay Later enabler solution in Italy for Compass Banca S.p.A. – Gruppo Mediobanca, the consumer credit arm of Mediobanca. Borel & Barbey advised Heidi Pay AG for this financing round.
