The investment firm Maya Private Capital Investments SA (formerly known as Maya Global Markets SA) has just completed a senior secured financing exceeding CHF 20 million for a Swiss hotel belonging to a leading hospitality group.
Occurring shortly after the rebranding of Maya Private Capital Investments, this transaction establishes the firm at a top-tier level for direct financing of real estate in Europe.
