Civil Procedure Workshops

As part of the workshops on the Civil Procedure Code (CPC) organised by the committee of the Geneva Young Bar, Me Paul Hanna, together with Me Aude Longet-Cornuz, co-hosted a workshop on 3 June 2021, presenting practical advice on the simplification of proceedings, for lawyers and trainee lawyers.
