Borel & Barbey advised LunaJets, Europe’s leading provider of private jet charter services on a reorganisation of the group.
This led (i) to the creation of a new top holding company, LunaAviation Holding SA, which holds all 8 subsidiaries of the group in Europe and the Middle East, and (ii) to the setting up of a private jet transactions business, LunaSolutions.
The team consisted of Arnaud Cywie, Vincent Berger, Jérémie Sommaruga (Tax) and Jérôme-Edouard de Vergnies (Corporate – M&A).
