Borel & Barbey advised Stanhope Capital Group on its combination with US-based wealth advisor Corient and independent multi-family office Stonehage Fleming to create a global partnership.
This alliance has led to the creation of a $430 billion independent ultra-high-net-worth wealth manager, making it the world’s largest non-bank wealth manager and multi-family office. Completion of the transaction is subject to the customary regulatory approvals.
