As attorney-at-law and Swiss certified tax expert, Nicolas Candaux advises clients on all tax matters, at domestic and international levels. His areas of expertise includes mergers, acquisitions, tax driven group restructuring and real estate transactions, as well as on the management of tax affairs and disputes before Swiss tax authorities. He is an expert in international tax assistance proceedings. He also assists private clients on complex tax matters (relocation, estate planning, lump sum taxation and trust related matters).Pierre Bydzovsky advises and represents clients in complex litigation involving commercial and private wealth disputes, business succession and litigation involving trusts, estates. He is also a graduated prosecutor and regularly assists parties in assets recovery civil proceedings, criminal proceedings and in international mutual assistance in criminal matters.
