Julia Henninger will speak on June 11 alongside Cedric Panchaud and Gregory von Gunten at a conference organized by EXPERTsuisse on “Business Succession ─ Transfer to heirs or management”.
The seminar, conducted in French, will explore the different options for transferring a business to closely related parties, whether by gift, inheritance, or sale. It will analyze the various planning tools available, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each option. Additionally, the seminar will address the main tax risks associated with these options and present potential tax-saving opportunities.
