Civil Procedure Workshop

As part of the workshops on the Civil Procedure Code (CPC) organised by the committee of the Geneva Young Bar, Me Paul Hanna, together with Me Aude Longet-Cornuz, co-hosted a workshop on 2 September 2021, presenting practical advice about the interim measures, for lawyers and trainee lawyers.
