We are pleased to announce that our associate, Dr. Julia Henninger, will be giving a conference today alongside Dr. Sara Zahner.
This event, titled “At the Interface Between Inheritance and Corporate Law,” is organized by the Zurich Bar Association and will take place at the Blue Monkey Restaurant (Stüssihofstatt 3, 8001 Zürich) at 5:30.
The conference will explore the topic of family business succession and the inheritance law implications of shareholders’ agreements.
