TITAN Aviation Fuels, one of the largest suppliers of aviation fuel products in the United States, has acquired AKRYL, an aviation fuel reseller with a world-wide digital fuel procurement platform based in Geneva, Switzerland. Borel & Barbey advised for the acquisition.
The team was led by Arnaud Cywie and Alexandre Gallopin with the support of Flaminia Manghina.
