Borel & Barbey has advised the majority shareholders of VIRIDI UNIT SA, producer of legal cannabis in Geneva, in the completion of a CHF 3 million financing round with a Canadian strategic investor. The transaction has been submitted to the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) for approval.
