Borel & Barbey advised Banque Bonhôte & Cie Ltd in relation to its acquisition of the entire share capital of FIdFund Management SA, a real estate fund management company managing assets of approx. CHF 2 billion.
Banque Bonhôte & Cie Ltd has also acquired part of FIdFund Management SA participation capital, the balance of which was purchased by Caceis (Switzerland) SA.
