Borel & Barbey recently advised NeuroGyn AG in a successful Series A financing round of CHF 4 million, led by a Swiss institutional investor.

Founded by Prof. Dr. Marc Possover, a pioneering surgeon in pelvic nerve surgery and the founder of the field of neuropelveology, NeuroGyn AG is a Swiss medical technology company developing a proprietary neuromodulation platform designed to expand access to pelvic neuromodulation, particularly in women’s health. Its technology aims to improve the quality of life of patients affected by pelvic organ dysfunction through innovative, minimally invasive neuromodulation.

The financing round was led by a Swiss institutional investor active in the medical technology sector, alongside private investors.

The proceeds of the financing will be used, in particular, to initiate human clinical studies, advance regulatory development, and accelerate NeuroGyn AG’s proprietary neuromodulation platform toward commercialisation.

Borel & Barbey’s team was composed of Pierre Turrettini and Raoul de Montpellier (Corporate).
