Contemporary Arbitration at Art Basel?

Anne Laure Bandle contributed to the latest issue of the Swiss Arbitration Association’s journal with an article on “Arbitrage contemporain à Art Basel ?” (38 ASA Bulletin 3/2020) co-authored with Marion Paris. In light of the experiences of other art fairs and of sports associations, this article examines whether the disciplinary procedure put in place at Art Basel could be usefully supplemented or even replaced by arbitration.
