New publication in art law

The online legal resource platform Getting the Deal Through has just published a Q&A on art law. For each country, art lawyers have answered the most common questions arising when buying, selling and lending art and collectibles. Anne Laure Bandle, expert in art law, and Arnaud Cywie, expert in tax law and customs law, wrote the chapter pertaining to Swiss law.
