Samantha Meregalli Do Duc, who specializes in banking and finance law, just published the book “Le Mandat de gestion de fortune” (The asset management mandate) with Schulthess as a co-editor. She also contributed to the book with two articles on “L’obligation de rendre compte” and “L’obligation de restituer”.
The book examines the legal and regulatory framework under Swiss law (continuously redefined by legal scholars and the courts) governing asset management activities, a topical and constantly evolving field, which plays an important role for Swiss financial institutions.
The book analyzes assets management in its entirety and looks at the bank’s asset managers as well as managers of collective investment schemes, pension funds and independent assets managers by providing a detailed and up-to-date analysis.
