SmartCaution SA has reached an important milestone as a provider of rental guarantees by successfully obtaining its insurer’s license from FINMA.

FINMA-licensed insurance companies must meet very strict conditions, including the submission for approval of a complete business plan, covering issues such as internal control and risk management, financial endowments and technical provisions.
