ACTIVITIES
Michèle Wassmer assists and represents financial intermediaries, such as banks and independent asset managers, since many years both in regulatory and litigation matters. She also advises managers, representatives and distributors of collective investment schemes, as well as the sponsors of these foreign investments, on Swiss law aspects.
She is active in other areas related to banking and finance, such as in anti-money laundering and data protection.
