Civil Procedure Workshops

As part of the workshops on the Civil Procedure Code (CPC) organised by the committee of the Geneva Young Bar, Me Paul Hanna, together with Me Aude Longet-Cornuz, co-hosted a workshop on 4 November 2021, presenting practical advice about the participation of third parties in the proceeding, for lawyers and trainee lawyers.
