Marine Geisler gave a lecture at the University of Geneva on March 4, 2025, as part of the Wealth Management and Law in Practice course (Geneva School of Economics and Management).
Invited by Professor Michel Girardin, Marine Geisler’s lecture, “Aligning Interests: Designing Bonus Schemes to Mitigate Agency Problems”, explored how well-structured incentive structures, particularly bonus schemes, can mitigate agency problems within financial institutions.
This course is part of the Master of Science in Wealth Management, which combines finance and law courses and is recognized by the Swiss Finance Institute (SFI) and the CAIA Association.
