Borel & Barbey has advised BPM, a leading French automotive distribution group, in connection with its acquisition of Groupe Leuba SA, one of the principal Mercedes-Benz distributors in the French-speaking area of Switzerland.
Our team provided comprehensive tax and legal support throughout the transaction, including in respect of the structuring of the acquisition which has entailed notably a pre-share-deal-real-estate carve out, the negotiation and drafting of the contractual documentation, and the coordination and execution of the closing process.
