Mélanie Keiser advises and represents private and institutional clients in administrative and civil litigation, specialising in real estate law, property rights and construction law.
She is particularly involved in the purchase and sale of real estate, contracts for work and services, issues related to co-ownership, ownership by floor (PPE) and easements, as well as matters related to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE) and building permits. She also advises landlords and tenants on matters relating to tenancy law.
Additionally, Mélanie Keiser’s practice extends to employment law, providing advice and handling litigation matters, including drafting contractual documents such as employment contracts and company regulations, as well as issues concerning individual and collective dismissals and negotiations for the termination of employment.
