Paul Hanna will lead a workshop on civil procedure regarding provisional measures, alongside Aude Longet-Cornuz, this Thursday, 7^th March, between 12:30 and 2 pm.

During this workshop organized by the Young Bar Association (Jeune Barreau de l’Ordre des avocats de Genève) and aimed at fostering the exchange of experiences and perspectives in civil law practice, they will address the various procedural aspects pertaining to provisional measures, as well as the latest case law in this regard.

The workshop will bring together lawyers and trainee lawyers to brainstorm on practical aspects and pitfalls of this paramount procedural stage.
