Geneva’s Grand Council and Council of State have just adopted amendments to the General Law on Development Zones (LGZD) and its Implementing Regulations (RGZD). The primary objective of these amendments is to enable Geneva residents to benefit from priority access to home ownership for properties built in development zones.
