EXPERTISE

Partner at Borel & Barbey, Patrick Blaser advises and represents our clients primarily in real estate law and financial and banking law, defending their interests before civil, criminal, and administrative courts.

In the field of real estate law, he specialises in construction law, land use planning law, tenancy law, and contracts for works, construction, property sales, and brokerage.

His expertise in financial and banking law encompasses mutual assistance in criminal matters and economic crime.

Patrick Blaser also serves as an assessor judge at the Geneva Administrative Court of First Instance.

In addition to his role at Borel & Barbey, he regularly publishes articles in Le Journal de l’Immobilier and has delivered lectures on real estate law, particularly at the Geneva Real Estate Chamber (CGI), as well as on financial and banking law at the Institute for the Fight Against Economic Crime (ILCE) and the Development Institute International (Paris).

He is also the author of several legal contributions published in Les Actes de l’ILCE (Neuchâtel), Banque & Droit (Paris), Cahiers du Bail, and Fampra.ch.
