Corporate liability for breaches of human rights

In a contribution published in La revue de l’avocat (6/7 2021, p. 217 ff), Jean-René Oettli examines the current legal framework and the few decisions rendered to date and concludes that such liability cannot be excluded, even if the Federal Court has not yet had the opportunity to set the material conditions.
