Louis Boissier – Certified Specialist SBA in inheritance law and Trust & Estate Practitioner – advises Swiss and international private clients in a number of areas, including inheritance law, estate and succession planning, family law, matrimonial law, private international law, trusts and foundations and family governance.

He helps his clients to plan and organise their charitable activities in Switzerland and abroad, particularly through Swiss foundations and charitable trusts. He has also advised clients in major multi-jurisdictional disputes relating to trusts and family law.

Louis Boissier is a director and advisor to a number of trust companies outside Switzerland.

He advises financial intermediaries on FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act), diligence and compliance with the rules on money laundering.
