Charlotte Vermeil advises and represents private and institutional clients in legal disputes, primarily in the real estate sector. Her expertise covers mainly rental and lease agreements, construction contracts, architect agreements, brokerage contracts and construction law.
In parallel with her role as a lawyer at Borel & Barbey, Charlotte Vermeil has been serving as an Deputy Judge at the Geneva Leases and Tenancy Tribunal since June 2023.
