Lina Wrzosowski advises and represents private and institutional clients in all areas of employment law and social security law.
She assists clients in drafting and reviewing contractual documents such as employment contracts, company regulations, and internal policies, as well as in structuring compensation systems, including bonuses and incentive or participation plans. She also handles individual and collective dismissals and supports her clients in negotiating the termination of employment relationships.
Lina Wrzosowski’s practice also extends to immigration law, where she assists employers and individuals with procedures relating to residence and gainful employment in Switzerland, as well as with naturalisation processes.
