Clément Bouvier represents private and institutional clients in all areas of business law, with a particular focus on corporate law, contract law, financing and restructuring and M&A transactions across a wide range of industries.

In particular, he advises Swiss and foreign financial institutions and borrowers on financing transactions, including traditional and non-traditional asset-backed debt financings, bond issues and syndicated loans.
