Expertise

Samuel Brückner advises and represents private clients, institutions and public authorities in the fields of construction law, land-use planning and real estate, covering aspects such as zoning, building permits, construction contracts, architect contracts, real estate sales and leases, real property rights and real estate co-ownership (PPE).

He also has strong expertise in administrative law, particularly in the areas of environmental law, civil service law and public procurement law.

Samuel Brückner is a certified SBA Specialist in Construction and Real Estate Law, a title awarded by the Swiss Bar Association.
